The California Indian Law Association Inc. CILA is dedicated to enhancing the legal profession and Tribal jurisprudence in California. CILA seeks to provide quality educational programming to law practitioners Tribal justice personnel law students and professionals who may interface with Indian Tribes or Tribal issues in their course of work. CILA promotes the study of Tribal jurisprudence and provides support to Indigenous students in their pursuit of the legal profession. CILA is dedicated to helping Tribes in California exercise self-determination self-sufficiency and to protect sovereignty. In 2021 CILA provided scholarships to law students hosted the Pathway to Law Program to prepare pre-law students for applying to law school published the CILA Legal Journal and hosted several Minimum Continuing Legal Education events for attorneys including the California Indian Law Virtual Panel Series.

The mission of the Band Boosters of Santa Cruz High School is to assist the Santa Cruz High School music department and the school administration to ensure the highest quality music education program possible for a total of 95 band members in 2020-21.
